Section 1

Scope of the Partnership

The College appoints The Partner as an official promoter of EEC’s Online English Programmes via social media. The Partner earns commission on every confirmed enrolment through their unique referral code.

Programmes covered:

Conversational English — A1 to C1
Business English: Career Development — B1 to C1
IELTS Exam Preparation — B1 to C1

Live UK-qualified teachers, max 10 per class, 45-min sessions, weekly progress reports, British Council-accredited certificate.

Commission Structure

Earn commission on cumulative referrals. Automatic tier progression. Paid monthly. No caps.

🥉 Bronze	1–100	10%	Discount code, co-branded assets, dashboard
🥈 Silver	101–200	12.5%	All Bronze benefits
🥇 Gold	201–500	15%	+ Dedicated partner manager
✈️ Platinum	501–1,000	15%	Manchester Experience or CELTA sponsorship
💎 Diamond	1,000+	20%	EEC employment, UK salary, co-branded programme

Platinum: return flights, 4 weeks’ accommodation, photoshoot, certificate ceremony, meeting with Principal. Teachers: fully sponsored CELTA + 8-week UK training.

Before Campaign Launch

Campaign video — Programme overview encouraging enrolment
Weekly posts — Using official EEC campaign graphics
Live sessions — Weekly/bi-weekly Q&A with EEC staff

During the Programme

Weekly Stories — Student progress, learning experience
Weekly Reels — Highlights, testimonials, results
Referral link — In all relevant posts and bio

Section 5

General Terms

This is not an employment contract. Both parties operate independently.
Changes must be agreed in writing.
Both parties uphold professionalism and mutual respect.
The College may use collaboration content for promotion, with credit.
The Partner will not make false claims about EEC.
Effective upon signature; valid for campaign duration.
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding commissions still paid.
